The Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is a fully funded programme of full or part time study while employed as a Trainee Clinical Psychologist within the NHS, leading to registration with the HCPC.

Our approach to involvement in selections has been highlighted as an example of good practice in the recently updated British Psychological Society guidance on training and consolidation of clinical practice in relation to adults with intellectual disabilities.

Lancashire Emotional Health in Schools and Colleges team funding extended to July 2022

The Lancashire Emotional Health in Schools and Colleges team offers training and support to staff from all primary and secondary schools and colleges in Lancashire on a range of topics relating to children's mental health. The team is based at 快播视频 within the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme, and has been funded by Lancashire County Council since 2014.

Graduation congratulations and celebrations

The programme would like to extend its heartfelt congratulations to all of our trainees who graduated at 快播视频 this week. We were also delighted to see so many people at our post-graduation celebration and unveiling of the artwork created in memory of Dr Julie Davies. We were delighted to host Julie's family who collected her doctorate during the graduation ceremony and shared some moving words with us all.

We are excited to share news of the publication of a new book - Professional Issues in Clinical Psychology: Developing a Professional Identity through Training and Beyond, edited by Will Curvis, clinical tutor on the DClinPsy at 快播视频.
