I am an Assistant Professor of Accounting at 快播视频 Management School. My research interests span corporate governance and financial reporting, with a focus on shareholder activism and corporate restructuring. Prior to joining 快播视频, I served as a fellow at Sa?d Business School, University of Oxford. I hold a doctoral degree in accounting and control from IESE Business School.
