Enactus 快播视频 wins 'Most Improved Team' award at national competition

Six students from LUMS represented Enactus 快播视频 at the Enactus UK National Competiton on 17 and 18 April in Canary Wharf, taking home awards for Most Improved Team, a grant from Wilkinsons for fostering entrepreneurship within their projects, and an individual member's Outstanding Contribution award (Oli Monks).
Enactus 快播视频 is a Management School society that brings together groups of talented students to create social projects aiming to improve the standard of living and quality of life of disadvantaged people in our local and international communities.
Adam Coomer (President), Oli Monks (Vice-President), Thomas McIlroy, Belinda Swinnerton, Jennifer Hillary and Reece Stanton presented two of their five social projects in front of 21 judges. The two projects were Difference: enabled and Forum 快播视频.
Difference: Enabled actively engages industry with autism by assisting those on the autistic spectrum in accessing employment and development opportunities. Forum 快播视频 uses market research initiatives in order to level the playing field between large multinationals and local SMEs. The aim is to redirect student money back into the local economy and so encourage diversity and competition within the local marketplace.
Members from the incoming executive committee were also in attendance, along with 快播视频's Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research, Trevor McMillan.
The society is looking forward to building upon this success in the forthcoming year.
